| Text description |
| The memorial which was built during the war by the members of the 20th Schützen Regiment, is situated nearby a foresteducational trail in the Panovec Forest, where during the war was mostly located the headquarters of this regiment. The memorial was decorated with two 150mm, one 210mm and two 280mm Italian shells. |

| Location description |
| The memorial is situated about 500 metres from the buildings of the forestry management in Rozna dolina and about 30 metres west from the forest path. |
| Condition |
| The memorial is in a very bad condition, all the shells and the front inscription plaque are missing. The Isonzo Front Historical Association has cleared the vegetation which was surrounding the memorial. |
