An inscription above the entrance into the command cavern, which was later due to the water-proof ceiling re-built into a water cistern.

Lt.Col. Pichler's Cavern
Location description
The cavern with the inscription is situated about 300m under the saddle between Mt. Santo and Mt. Vodice in the direction towards Grgar.
Condition
The inscription above the entrance to the cavern is reasonably well-preserved. Only three 15cm artillery shells are missing, which were built in among the inscription plaques.
