| Text description |
Located in one of the caverns on top of Mt. Vodice, which was captured (and later widen) by the Italians during the Tenth Isonzo Battle. There is also located a small concrete memorial plaque, which tells us that the Italian Colonel Pandozy lived in this cavern which was later dedicated to him.

| Inside the cavern, to the right of the entrance, just under the top of Mt. Vodice. |

| Good. When the inscription was found, there were visible the traces of the original red colour. |
