| Text description |
| The inscription plaque of the Austro-Hungarian 46th Machine-Gun Company under Lieutenant Majsai is situated northern of the Grmaca hill. On a concrete machine-gun nest there are on the inside and outside walls a couple of signatures. Among them there is also a built in concrete plaque, size 60 x 40 cm with the sign of the machine-gun company and the names of the commanders. This machine-gun nest belonged to an Austrian defence line, which was built after the fall of Gorizia in August 1916. |

| Location description |
Northeast of Kostanjevica lies a small hill, surrounded by a double ancient
wall, which measures in extent of 550 metres. North of this elevation we can
find a machine-gun nest with inscriptions.
