| Text description |
| An Austro-Hungarian machine-gun nest with the graffiti on the nord side of Grmaca. A concrete machine-gun nest has on the inside and outside side wall several inscriptions respectively signatures. The defence of this sector of the Carso Front was entrusted to the Hungarian 39th Infantry Regiment from Debreczen and 46th Infantry Regiment from Szeged. The defence line, to which this machine gun also belongs to, was built by the Austrians after the fall of Gorizia in August 1916. |

Northeast of Kostanjevica lies a small hill, surrounded by a double ancient
wall, which measures in extent of 550 metres. North of this elevation we can
find a machine-gun nest with inscriptions.
