| Text description |
A part of the inscription memorial plaque, which was found by the "Paths Through the Trenches and Caverns on Monte Santo". A plaque was originally built somewhere above the entrance to the Austro-Hungarian caverns on the southeast slopes of Monte Santo. From the remains of the plaque it can be seen that it was erected by the members of the Lower Styrian 87th Infantry Regiment from Celje (Slovenia). The plaque since 1997 forms part of the Museum Collection on Monte Santo.

| The memorial plaque can be found today in the Museum Collection on Monte Santo (Sveta gora). |
| Condition |
| The remains of the memorial plaque are cared for by the Museum Collection on Mt. Santo. The plaque was found broken in to two parts and was restored by the members of the "Isonzo Front Association" from Nova Gorica. |
