Translation of message interpretation
When the enemy brought the war here
the 2nd Battalion, 1st Regiment of the Brigade "Re"
under the command of (Colonel) Catalana
put defence positions
and prepared a winter camp

Location description
The memorial of the Brigade "Re", above the entrance into the cavern, is situated in the valley, south (ca. 150m) by the road Opatje selo – Kostanjevica, near the road sign about 2,5km after the turning for Hudi Log.
